The staff was extreemly friendly. I got lost in the mid-night and the staff came out looking for me and guide me the direction. Hotel is close to shopping area and table mountain is just 10 mins drive. The breakfast is served by a restaurant next door, abundant of choices and very delicious. Will definetly stay again for the next visit in Cape town

The check-in and check-out was fast. We asked the front office to help us print our online ticket for Table Mountain Cable way and they helped us with a smile.
Free wifi in the room is great and we love this hotel for that.
The location is really great. The train station is very closed. This hotel is within walking distance to the Company's Garden.
