near to waterfront/ modern light rooms and balcony/ well equiped and underground parking

lovely apartment - one complaint, 4ft 6in bed is too small, large double expected, also needed a bit more cleaning, especially bathroom.
lovely location another complaint, re arrival -had to wait outside in heat for half hour for agent to appear to 'welcome' us. Then once in, another hour for him to reappear with key for access - there was nothing in fridge, couldn't get back in if we had gone out shopping. APART from that - really lovely place

From the moment we arrived at the entrance to the self catering apartment complex the Security staff wowed us with their service, followed by the care taken by the booking agent, Tristan, to the absolute beauty of the apartment we were to stay in. Loved the location, right next to a top class hotel, the river taxi and quick access to the Cape Town Waterfront was simply awesome. Definitely going to be going back for a longer stay. Would recommend this type of accommodation for the traveller who needs more space and is tired of staying in cramped hotels.
Suggestion: Agoda to make a note on the confirmation email who their representative is so that their guests are aware of who will be facilitating their arrival, also that they make sure that a name list of their guests is made available to the staff at the entrance to the complex/resort.
Restaurant Tip:
Breakfast and high tea at the "one and only" hotel is a must. Sushi Bar at Willoughby and Company was awesome

Cape Town International Airport:
Travelling from the airport on the N2, follow the signs to the Waterfront. Keep to the right of the high way as indicated by the signs until reaching a traffic light. Turn right into the Waterfront area from the N1 and N2 (Airport). At the first roundabout continue to your left until the next roundabout. Go half way around and find the security gates of Marina Residential, Dock Road, Bluff Entrance right in front of you.
