Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

The rooms are very comfortable and the grounds are exceptional.
Two small but very nice outdoor swimming pools.
Public areas poorly heated. (Rooms fine).
Quite a large hotel but it doesn't seem so due to its layout. Hotel provides free shuttles to beach and nearby Somerset Mall. Concierge provides good and competitive rates for transport and trips. Main restaurant was very good. Food quality and service was excellent. Premium restaurant (La Vigna) was a little bit of a let down. It is located just off the lobby and is wide open to all. Cheap temporary gas fires are located around the room to maintain a less than reasonable temperature. Food is not exceptional, although not expensive either. Menu has several items that never actually existed during my stay. Puddings were a low point. Service is very good.
Hotel is used by British Airways crews as a stopover point with possibly 50 or more BA staff in house at any time. The bar is very lively! Also takes a large contingent of SAGA travellers. I would certainly stay here again and would have no problems in recommending it.

If you want to be close to the strand for a holiday and on the motorway to take you to Stellenbosch and the wine farms this is a good hotel to be in.
Restaurant Tip : Right accross from the hotel is a shopping mall which has a selection of restuarants if you do not wish to eat at the hotel. Since we ate in the hotel on our frist night the second night we went across the road to an Italian resturant which served an excellent meal.

Very good service, beautiful views and excellent food really cheap lunch with varied cook for us before our morning flat Minor shopping center not far (in feet)
Far from downtown Cape Town should be a shuttle (275 to 300 rand) to go phone the hotel is expensive even for local calls
The hotel is comparable to European or American hotels. It must however be cautious at night. AGODA by Hot Offer (as almost half the price than the price obtained by a major conference was held there).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take a shuttle from the hotel to go to Cape Town and take the red bus (to go to Table Mountain and take a guided tour of the city). The golf courses are great (Erinvalle and De Zalze).
