A conference and meeting hotel. For city break, location is central enough, views of tabletop. Gym small and not under-equipped, rooms ok for this price range, breakfast not included. Professional staff will do the little things here. No problems, all in all would repeat.

It was a pleasant stay in the hotel for 4 days. Near the airport and city, just by cape town station. The hotel had a nice mountain view unblocked.
Concierge and staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is brilliant!! Most the places to visit are within 15-20 minutes of travel.
The rooms are very good.

The building of this hotel looks rather ordinary with nothing to shout about. But inside this is a modern looking and clean hotel rooms. The location is perfect for those who want to access to buses, trains and convention center within walking distance. There
The room is rather spacious and comfortable. Free wifi is available with limited speed but decent for casual browsing and checking emails.
A decent but small gym room but the equipments are top notch. However, the swimming pool is too small. Frankly, I don't think you can even consider that as a pool!

The Park Inn is located near the railway and bus station. It is also close to the CTICC, making it an ideal business hotel.

Nice service from the Front Office specially Lilach !!
Food menu from the restaurant is kind of boring
Nice terrace with view of the Table Mountain
BTW it is not 10 minutes walk from the V & A Waterfront, its much more but the hotel courtesy vehicle is of great help
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Catch the Red Bus from the Waterfront and take the Blue trip !!

the hotel meets good business hotel standards with spacious business rooms and complimentary wifi in room. hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they could answer any of your questions. the complimentary driver service added to the comfort of the stay. pool could be bigger though!

The Park Inn by Radisson is well located especially if you want to catch the city hopper for a bit of city sight-seeing. They also provide a good breakfast with plenty if variety and friendly service. The rooftop restaurant has a great view of the Table Mountain and the Christmas lights below but the music rocks right through the hotel during a party held up there during our stay.
Special mention of Mervyn for his great service, who kindly dropped us at the waterfront and gave us some sage advice.

Stayed for just over a week. The hotel has been open for a year now. The location is ideal for the Convention Center and the waterfront is a 15 minute walk. The hotel currently offers a free car service within 5 km and staff were happy to call for taxis to other destinations at night. Greenmarket Square is a 5-minute walk. At night, taxis to other areas are a must (restaurants will call for the return trip) but we did walk back from a restaurant near Greenmarket one evening. Location great for business travel and arranged tours.
Staff was super! My airport transfer dropped me off at the wrong hotel and the Park Inn sent their car over to pick me up.
Rooftop bar/restaurant was gorgeous with a great view of Table Mountain. Great place to have a happy hour drink. Not only tourists take advantage of the drinks+view. Heaters up on the rooftop for those chilly evenings. Breakfast was good also.
Yes, internet can be expensive but the connection was fast and reliable (as opposed to reviews for other hotels). Business floors have free access.
