The hotel overlooks the sea at Sea point and is close to shops,restaurants. The Cape Town tourist bus route has a stop right outside. Suites are well appointed (old style) and spacious with adequate facilities for food preparation. Staff are friendly and eager to assist. Poolside gardens are ideal for reading, relaxing and tanning. Large carpark is always at capacity and sometimes difficult to find a spot.Two small TVs in each suite are outof character with the opulence elsewhere
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Use the tourist bus. Best way to see the beautiful city of Cape town without parking hassles.

Great hotel and service

Didnt spend much time at the hotel but that was because of its proximity to everything you would want to do in Cape Town. The room didnt have much of a view of the beach because it was on the first floor but it was spacious and comfortable. Having the choice to eat at the hotel or do your own catering is a definite plus.
Hotel Feature Tip:
You need to spend a few days at the hotel to enjoy all its benefits.

Directions
From Cape Town International Airport:
Follow exit out of the Airport. Follow signs for the N2 to the City of Cape Town. Stay on the N2 Highway into the City following the signs for Sea Point (Waterfront). (N2) Highway ends at the Waterfront turn off (traffic lights), pass through and at the 2nd set of traffic lights turn right onto Western Boulevard - on ramp - following directional signs for Sea Point. On reaching a circle - 2nd left - straight until the set of traffic lights - start of Beach Road. Follow - Beach Road (Sea will be on your right hand side) until the end (through numerous traffic lights) you will find the Peninsula on your left, before the next circle and where the road curves to towards Clifton. (Sunset beach parking is on the opposite side of circle, right next to the sea).
