Formerly the extreme hotel, the concept is more now to be the cool and fun hotel in town. Bar is serving nice cocktails, restaurant is ok.
Rooms are a bit small. In mine the shower was in the middle of the room which might be fun for a couple but not so convenient. I enjoyed my stay and will come back.

the hotel has the most beautiful interior. the check-in desk service was great. however, our card to our room didnt want to work on day 2 and the wi-fi was also not available for our room number. the restuarant's service was pathetic. we waited an hour for our food and when it finally arrived it was the wrong order.
Restaurant Tip:
Dont eat at the restaurant - it is overpriced and the service is pathetic.

Trendy boutique hotel in close proximity to the nightlife--steps away from Long Street, but not on the main road so you don't have to deal with all the noise when you're in your hotel room. Staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging trips around Cape Town. Rooms have nice visual appeal, and though a bit small, layout is good. Restaurant looks nice, but service was terrible! What we were told was a 5 minute wait, turned into 45 minutes...service was awful...incorrect order arrived...wait time to get the initial meal AND then the corrected order was unbelievably long even though only 2 other tables in the restaurant! Great hotel as long as you steer clear of the restaurant!
Restaurant Tip:
Beautiful hotel, but stay away from the restaurant and its horrible customer service!

Very comfortable and classy. Modern hotel with modern decor and furniture. Easy access to the city, Long street, Sea Point, Table Moutain & V & A Warefrnt.
Restaurant Tip:
There are plenty restuarants in the city & Long Street as well as V & A Watefront. So comapre prices before deciding as one is spoilt for choice.
