The stay was perfect the room was excellent , staff professional. The process to check in and check out was quick. The room was cleans and service excellent. The hotel is centrally located to local restaurant and other major attractions and public transport. Downside was the menu at the dinning area,in terms of menu selection was very limited..

Everything about this hotel is positive. From its location that provides easy access to the Waterfront area (15 mins walk and it is SAFE to walk) to De Waterkant area City Bowl. Even the promenade and the Stadium are within walking distance. The staff at the front desk, especially Vernon and his lovely intern assistant must be commended for going beyond the call of duty in making my stay most enjoyable. WiFI is limited to 100MB a day, but its enough for checking emails. The signal was strong throughout the room. Additional packages can be purchased if required. I stayed in a Loft/Apartment room. They are spacious as the bed is on a mezzanine, but they do vary in size. Matresses are not the most comfortable but do the job.
Travel tip:
If you are a light sleeper, you may prefer to have a room facing the courtyard / pool as noise from the busy front street may prove disturbing for some. I opted for a less desirable view, but my courtyard facing room was quiet. Only negative comment might be with the breakfast staff who sometimes appear overwhelmed and are certainly not forthcoming in offering coffee. Otherwise, its a great hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and were pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and spacious guest rooms. We had a room facing the front of the hotel and although it was noisy outside due to the Norway/South Africa soccer match going on at the nearby stadium the rooms double glazing stopped the noise from being an annoyance.The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the V&A Waterfront as well as very centrally located for city sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and helpful specially when there was a slight problem with our booking. The pool was out of action during our visit but we weren't fussed as we hadn't planned on using it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We loved the V&A Waterfront area for the shops, food stunning buildings and atmosphere with buskers entertaining the crowds. A must for all tourists to Cape Town but as the Waterfront is fairly obvious and well advertised I'd doubt anybody would miss it.

great hotel, loved the loft room

stayed at this hotel before but never had the loft room. loft room very spacious and comfortable. small kitchenette which was very handy for snacks and making drinks. room very clean. staff accommodating and extremely helpful. would definitely use the hotel again. only one negative comment around the swimming pool area - insufficient seats/lounge beds.
