Wonderful and well located hotel service is outstanding, nice rooms. Large bathrooms , excellent choices.
Sister hotel has small pool but lots of lawn space and lounges. Great to relax after a day of touring
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Cape of Good Hope and wine country.

We stayed at the Victoria Hotel on our first night in Cape Town.
First of all, the location is great, just 2 minutes away from the bustle of Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. Our room had a view of Table Mountain. The decoration of the room was tasteful and luxurious while being at the same time very original. The colours of our room were white, grey, and black. The bathroom was very big and modern, toilet separated from the rest.
We didn't have time to use the pool or the spa, but the reception did tell us about the option.
Breakfast was plentiful and excellent, all the staff without exception was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this nice hotel.

The Queen Victoria offers you to enjoy teh Waterfront development in Cape Town on a walking distance, that is reataurants, bars, shopping, the jetty to leave for Robben island or beach road for some sundowners, although "cool modern" the small scale and set up of the hotel and personalized and dedicated approach by staff made this teh perfect location to conclude our stay in South Africa
Restaurant Tip:
away from teh waterfornt up to beach road is where you enjoy african sundowns, there is a few bars and restaurants overlooking Cape Bay that make you understand why life is good in Cape Town

From Cape Town International Airport to Queen Victoria Hotel:
From Cape Town International Airport head south and then make a slight left toward Airport Approach Road. Turn left onto Airport Approach Road and then proceeds for approximately 1.4km. Keep right at the fork and then merge onto Settlers Way/N2 via the ramp to Cape Town. Travel for approximately 11.2km and then merge onto De Waal Drive. Continue onto Nelson Mandela Boulevard and then proceed for approximately 5.1km. Turn right onto Coen Steytler Avenue and at the roundabout; take the first (1st) exit onto Dock Road. Go through one (1) roundabout and then proceed for approximately 1.6km. At the roundabout, take the third (3rd) exit and stay on Dock Road. Your destination will be on the left hand side.
