Jump in the pool, with it's cascading waterfall and outdoor Cape Town views it's a smart way to begin your afternoon. Then head down to the beach; your just footsteps away from the sand. Take in a large breakfast and, in the evenings, a nice candlelight dinner with a full view of the ocean; the hotel boasts views everywhere and no exception are the rooms. Best of all the place is cheap, so if you're looking for the great food, great views, and vicinity to the V&A, this is a fine spot for the buck.

Old construction---needs room/facilities upgrade.

An older hotel with an appropriate price for the room A very good complmentary breakfast with good service. Great view from the revolving restaurant. Acceptable hotel for the price...

Restaurant Tip : Don't miss the breakfast.

good view from the room newly decorated wonderfull revovlving restaurant on the 21st floor with breathtaking views of both the sea and mountain

The hotel is excellent and is close to the V & A Waterfront, Table Mountain and Camps Bay. The location of the hotel in Sea Point has many restaurants in the main road as well as shops and it is nice to take a walk along the promenade and up to Mouli Point. i eally enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend the hotel to tourists.

Restaurant Tip : There is an Italian Restaurant right opposite the hotel on the corner of main road which really was excellent value for good quality food

Great breakfast, location, room, price.

Swimming pool wasn't avaiable when I was there

Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a great location, 30 minutes walk to the watertfront or 5 minutes to the beach and it's a safe area. Internet is just next door. Rooms are very clean and modern with a kettle, TV and safe. Great bathroom and power shower. A nice breakfast is included in the very cheap price for what you get. Great value for money, I'd stay there again.

Shopping Tip : Waterfront is best for shopping.

At the traffic light turn left into 3 Anchor Bay Road. Turn right into Main Road Sea Point at the next traffic light. The hotel is located in the first street on the left side (Camberwell road)
