Excellent for families. Shopping centres close to hotel - Waterfront. Excellent food and service. All personal very friendly, Rooms very clean with nice view on new stadium and Waterfront. Whenever visits Cape town again we will stay at the Cullinan Hotel

Good if the hotel can provide mini fridge in the room. I was staying at level three where i the smell from the kitchen gets into my room. Someone should also look into this. Good and prompt service by the hotel staff. Good for business traveller.

overall we enjoyed our stay. the sheets in our room were not fresh when we checked in. however, they did fix it when we complained. and every day they put fresh linen every time they made the room.

ロビー近辺は非常に豪華で、調度品も豪華。ピアノの生演奏もあるなどゴージャス感一杯

同僚と２名、同じ日の別便でケープタウン空港に到着するので、電話で空港からのピックアップを頼んだが、自分の際は迎えがあったのに、同僚のときはなかったりと、対応がいい加減。ベルボーイや運転手などは親切だが、フロントやレストランのチーフウエイトレスは感じが悪かった。ロケーションとしては、ウオーターフロントに近く、無料送迎バスで５分程度で着くので便利。テーブルマウンテンへの送迎もコンサルジュに頼めば迅速に対応してくれた。
