The rooms were lovely, big and clean. Reception was not great and not helpful, very unorganized. Its very close to the ocean, and view from hotel is very nice. The location of hotel is great as its centrally located and a walk away from most things, shops, sea etc. i would recommend to other travellers especially if you staying for long as it self catering.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Easy to travel to most of the sighseeing places jn cape town

Good room & service but smelled of cigarettes

I would have given the hotel a great review, except my room and bed stank of cigarette smoke. Even my pajamas smelled when I unpacked them at home after the trip. Credit to the the helpful, friendly staff who did try to improve it, but unfortunately with no success. The hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, but the only indication is that there are no ashtrays in the room.
Well located a minute's walk from the Sea Point Promenade and an easy drive to the Atlantic Seaboard beaches, V&A Waterfront and downtown Cape Town.
Restaurant Tip:
Charming friendly Greek restaurant, Ari's Souvlaki, a minute's walk from the hotel.
