I am a regular at the Glen! If I don't get there at least every 3 months, I feel like I am missing the Glen. This is because of the great service from its staff, in particular from a guy who always makes you feel welcome and special. The rest of the staff will always greet you in person, and go out of their way to see you are a happy customer. It's super clean, very up market and operates on a "strait friendly" basis which always makes it a happy place with great guest to hang out with at any of the two stunning bars. The spa facilities is always a treat and stays open until 11pm, it's clean and professional. The only sad part is that The Glen becomes more strait orientated lately, and attracts older couples who does not fit the aura of The Glen, Not surprising I bump into a young woman when I wanted to use the jacuzzi, and the question was popped by her: am I allowed to be in here? Uncomfortable situation for both of us. Other then this, The Glen remains a amazing place with very competitive prizes. Well done to an amazing place!

Overall the stay was OK.
We checked-in swiftly and were greeted by friendly staff.
Breakfasts were really good, as we could also order from a breakfast menu in addition to the buffet, which although not large was simply delicious.

The Glen Hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere with piped music and a lovely decked area around the pools to sit and relax and have a drink. The service was great and always someone on hand to get you a drink or help you with any advice needed. There was a cross section of people staying from mixed couples, a few children even thou its popular with the gay community.
We were upgraded in our bedroom which was spacious, comfortable, with all the mod cons with a balcony overlooking the pool.

We stayed two years ago at Glen Boutique Hotel and really enjoyed it. This time again my boyfriend and I have not been disappointed !!! What a great gay hotel.
Everything is outstanding : amazing service, great location, neat decoration and most comfortable bedrooms.
I particularly enjoy taking the breakfast on the patio.
The atmosphere is very relax and friendly. It is very easy to make friends with other guys.
The staff is always very helpful and friendly.
This is for sure my best address in Capetown. I cannot imagine going in Capetown to any other place ! I would even fly all the way to Capetown just to enjoy the experience.

We had a great time at glen boutique hotel - the staff is extremely friendly and service minded and does everything to make you feel at home - every morning you can enjoy a la carte breakfast seated on the terrace next to the pool - rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and in nice design. Def. Recommended and we dont want to stay at any other place in cape town
