Spacious rooms, super variety of foods and lots of activity on your doorstep.

We had a pleasant stay, as we travelled with two little ones, which was accommodated at all times. The housekeeping staff is so quick, our room was attended to very promptly, but we were not aware of the cleaning staff. We had a double celebration and were treated to complimentary bubbly and a chocolate cake. What a nice surprise, thank you! I think we would have liked all our rooms on the same floor and close to each other, but that is a personal matter of choice. I would recommend that the bar fridge prices be reviewed, if it is slightly cheaper we would rather make use of it, than to bring in from outside. A small directory of services in the room would help. (On the web site do mention about the hairdryers in the rooms)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
When in the Cape on your birthday you can go up the mountain free of charge, bring you Id as proof. Excellent factory shops at Access Park Kenilworth. The Cape has so much to offer your time is always too little.

Not friendly people at the counter, do not want to help at all.
Not even a good bye when check out, the clean ladies are so much nicer.
Got the worse room in the hotel, #102 .
it was so noisy with traffic from the street and the maid service room just right next to our room.
Can only sleep between 12 to 5.

Enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded on arrival and the management were very welcoming. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant. Close to all the Waterfronfront amenities where there are many restaurants to choose from. All in all ten out of ten.
Restaurant Tip:
Willoughbys Fish Restaurant in the Waterfront Centre a must.
