We enjoyed our stay, the only thing that totally annoyed me was the fact that three people knocked on the door at 11am and asked if they could see the sofa. They then spent time there and started cleaning the sofa as it had stains. This was the worst inconvience as we were not asked beforehand and were still in our night wear with them in the living area cleaning the sofa.

This resort is huge with many buildings. The location is just the best one because you're only a few minutes, by walk, from the V & A Waterfront so, and as there is no restaurant in the resort, it is great for dinner. The appartments are very nice with lovely furniture and they are also very complete with washer and dryer, dish washer and you'll find everything you need in the kitchen. The size of the appartment is also amazing, they are huge with nice terrace and as you are just beside the canal, it is very beautiful, very lovey and quiet. You also have many pools at many different places. You'll also find a gym, to exercice. The complexe is also very secure and the parking is undergroud so you dont have to worry about your car. I would definitively recommand this hotel.

The rooms were decent size and we had access to all amenities.
The hotel was walking distance from one of the most happening areas of Cape Town.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
great restaurants at the waterfront and the boat ride is not to be missed

Directions
From Cape Town International Airport:
Exit Airport direction N2 Cape Town and as you approach the city, follow the N2 City, Foreshore, Sea Point signage. Follow N2 Stad/City signs until you arrive at a large intersection with several sets of traffic lights (oen Steytler Avenue). The CTICC is on the left hand side and the Waterfront is on your right hand side. Turn right towards the Wterfront. At the traffic circle, take the second exit into West Quay Road, direction Cape Grace. The second office block on your left hand side is Mind Pearl House. Village and Life reception is situated in office 4 on the ground floor.
