We enjoyed our stay, the only thing that totally annoyed me was the fact that three people knocked on the door at 11am and asked if they could see the sofa. They then spent time there and started cleaning the sofa as it had stains. This was the worst inconvience as we were not asked beforehand and were still in our night wear with them in the living area cleaning the sofa.

This resort is huge with many buildings. The location is just the best one because you're only a few minutes, by walk, from the V & A Waterfront so, and as there is no restaurant in the resort, it is great for dinner. The appartments are very nice with lovely furniture and they are also very complete with washer and dryer, dish washer and you'll find everything you need in the kitchen. The size of the appartment is also amazing, they are huge with nice terrace and as you are just beside the canal, it is very beautiful, very lovey and quiet. You also have many pools at many different places. You'll also find a gym, to exercice. The complexe is also very secure and the parking is undergroud so you dont have to worry about your car. I would definitively recommand this hotel.

The rooms were decent size and we had access to all amenities.
The hotel was walking distance from one of the most happening areas of Cape Town.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
great restaurants at the waterfront and the boat ride is not to be missed

We were 2 senior couples sharing a two bedroomed two bathroomed apartment on the ground floor of the Helensee block. The check in was efficient and we were taken to the apartment and shown the underground parking. The accommodation was very clean, modern and spacious with views of the canal and a short walk to the aquarium and waterfront.
The service was generally very good but there were a couple of negatives. Reported problems (TV not working in bedroom, sliding patio door jammed (fire hazard?), hairdryer with wrong plug, flooding caused by blocked shower outlet) were either not resolved or not attended to timeously
Despite the above we would recommend Waterfront Villiage. As two couple, we particularly enjoyed the comfortable bedroms and spacious lounge and dining areas which were very well appointed. The village is easy to find if arriving by car and very convenient as tours all start from the Waterfront.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Use the Red and Blue hop on and hop off buses (depart from Waterfront). Red bus route R150 pp) includes lower cableway station so no parking problems if visiting Table Mountain.
Buy cableway tickets on line to avoid queuing.

we really enjoyed our stay at the Waterfront Village Hotel. The Check in was very fast and the apartment was very clean and ready to move in. The bedroom is a little bit small but there is tons of space in the living room and the kitchen. The only drawback of our unit was that the bathroom only featured a bathtub but no shower. It would have also been nice if the coffee and Tee provided on the first day would have been refilled during the stay

Great service apartment at V&A Waterfront

my friends and i stayed in a 3 rooms apartment when we visited cape town. at first i thought it was an ordinary small apartment that has a normal facilities. i was surprised that the apartment was huge!!! it has so many facilities such as washing machine & dryer, dish washer, fridge and so many other facilities. the apartment is facing the canal and every room has their own balcony and bathroom. we feel like home even though we are few thousand miles from home.
if you rent a car, they provide 2 parking space for the tenant. since the kitchen is clean and complete with stove and all you need in the kitchen, we decided to cook at the apartment. we are so grateful that we gathered together to have our dinner almost every night together.
overall we are very satisfied with the service and facilities here. we strongly recommend to stay here when you visit cape town.
Hotel Feature Tip:
They provide internet service but only at the office. We can request for the service but we need to pay certain amount. The connection is not that great.

Excelent stay, friendly staff. waterfront W&A and Sightseening bus is very close.
Room is very large and very clean. The hotel is beautiful. In W&A Waterfront has many goods restaurants, shoppings. I liked the location.
I recommend this hotel and the next time probably I will stay in this hotel again.
Restaurant Tip:
Try exotic meats.

Good location with excellent security and is a "gated community". Front desk was always busy and, and at times, seemed overwhelmed with the volume of client requests. The location was excellent, the apartment was modern, tastefully appointed, clean and had a fantastic view from the balcony. If you have a late departing flight from Capetown, you should consider renting for an additional day as "late checkout" is not an option as the properties are generally fully booked in advance.
