Good location with excellent security and is a "gated community". Front desk was always busy and, and at times, seemed overwhelmed with the volume of client requests. The location was excellent, the apartment was modern, tastefully appointed, clean and had a fantastic view from the balcony. If you have a late departing flight from Capetown, you should consider renting for an additional day as "late checkout" is not an option as the properties are generally fully booked in advance.

In the heart of the Cape Town Waterfront, this location is ideal for visitors to the Mother City.
Security, although time consuming at check in, is absolutely top notch.
Underground car parking is convenient and safe.
Thoroughly recommended to mix business with pleasure, and ideal for a longer stay.
Restaurant Tip:
Balthazar restaurant,a bit pricey but worth it for great food and an outstanding selection of wines.

Great position, Safe place, all amenities close to the village, clean, kind hotel staff.

just spent 2 days in a fully serviced apartment at the waterfront village. great location, extremely safe, walking distance to the bars and restaurants at the waterfront, where you can find circa restarants and more than shops!!!
designer style apartment, high quality furnishings: bathrooms, air con, large sitting room/diner with lcd tv and satellite, balcony. kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave....ect.
ideal for families, business, couples and invididuals. the site has 2 swimming pools and gym.
would happily stay at this location again and highly recommend it.

uitstekend appartement. Receptie moet wel pro-actiever zijn. Teon ik vroeg om internet toegang zeiden ze via kabel of wireless. Op de kamer bleek dat ik een voucher nodig had en terug moest naar de receptie... Waarom niet meteen een voucher aanbieden?
Ik had twee boekingen, een voor de periode voor zakelijke doeleinden, 1 boeking op prive credit card voor 2 dagen leisure. Ook dit meldde ik nogmaals en duidelijk bij de receptie. Toch werd mijn toegangskaart geblokkeerd na 3 dagen. Niet relaxed want was behoorlijk gedoe om de kaart te reactiveren. Ook was bij de recpetie weer niet duidelijk hoe het was geboekt en vroegen ze opnieuw om betaling terwijl alles vooraf betaald was.
Vervelende situaties die makkelijk te voorkomen zijn.

locatie is uitstekend alsmede het totale complex. Luxe, rustig, goed beveiligd.
