location. on the south beach Durban coast which is a tourist area.Lot of hotels in the area. lot of entertainment, restaurants etc.
Room spacious clean and good service, good breakfast Comparetivly small reception area I enjoyed my stay at Beach hotel,which was in tourist area right on the beach, lot of facilities for childern enjoyment. Service was good, staff were helpful, breakfast was great

Accross the road from the beach. Dangerous area to walk around day o night. Rooms okay for an old Hotel. Staff helpful. Aquarium accross the road. Many restaurants within walking distance. This particular area of Durban in days gone by has been the main tourist area but with the crime rate what it is today I would reccoment either going to the North Coast or the South Coast where things are much safer.
