Very frustrating check-in ordeal

My wife and I made an online reservation at 5:10pm and arrived at the hotel just before 6:30pm, but unfortunately the hotel had no record of our booking. We showed the reception staff a copy of the email confirmation, but we still had to wait over an hour while they unsuccessfully tried to make contact to confirm the reservation. Eventually, the duty Manager agreed to show us to a room.
I asked the reception staff if it was possible to have a room with a fridge and they said yes, but when we finally got into our room, there was no fridge. I returned to reception re-enquired regards the availability of a fridge; the receptionist said that a mini-fridge would be sent up to the room. We checked out the next day – no fridge arrived to our room.

From East London Airport to Premier Hotel Regent:
From East London Airport head northeast toward Jan Smuts Avenue and then travel for approximately 1.5km. Turn left onto Jan Smuts Avenue and then right onto Airport Bypass. Take the first (1st) left onto Settlers Way/R72 and then continue to follow R72. Go through one (1) roundabout and then proceed for approximately 7.5km. Turn right onto Currie Street and then continue onto Esplanade Street. Your destination will be on the left hand side.
