This was budget accommodation so good for the price. However, they could do wonders with some creative gardening, getting rid of the tiny swimming pool right outside the office and virtually in the carpark and improving their dining room so it is not so 'on top' of the kitchen area. None of these things would cost too much money (except getting rid of that swimming pool) and yet it would improve the ambience of the place.

rooms clean coffee /tea facility in the room /quiet , yet very close airport / garden type rooms,

This was an excellent choice for me staying over one night to catch flight in morning ,
It is a very well run clean organised B&B not a hotel especially with the garden type accomadation which I liked , no lifts and rows of doors escape routeds etc.
I have no problem recommending and will certainly stay there again,
Travel tip:
Riht next door to airport, maybe even walk.

Location was great. Rooms were clean. Service was spectacular starting from receiving at the airport , checking in , and breakfast pack was ready for my very early departure.
Consider installing WiFi for the busy traveller who wants to stay in touch.

Close to the airpot, however it took ages for the airport pick up to arrive. No apologies or anything. Similarly the following day when we needed to head to the airport the driver was extremely rude, and would not let us bring tour (small) hand luggage in the vehicle with us.

Booked 6 nights based on location. Just a main road between airport and B&B, but circuitous route required to access the hotel - By the 6th day I had found the shortest.
Breakfast sufficient, staff helpful, room all that was required, desk closes but 200 Rand deposit secures a 'bleeper' to open gate (deposit returned). All in all good value for money. Considerable expansion work going on converting approx 30 rooms to 40+ with new building. The inconvenience only short term.
Over all good value for money. B&B grounds were fenced off, but my only reservation was security - came back to find my door left open by maid (whole bunch of keys left in lock)for some time while she was away (keys taken to front desk). I am sure maids trustworthy but building works may have introduced less reliable elements.
Nightlife Tip:
Wouldn't choose this B&B if planning on nights out. Area to the north has a bad reputation. Ideal though for the day tripper using motorways to travel farther afield while still wanting to be close to the airport for an early departure (there is a minibus, which allows you to get rid of the car the night before).
