Vincent K. Couples South Africa, May 11, 2013	Nice stay in general. Braekfast, Staff and surroundings 8 I enjoyed the stay. The only problem experienced during my stay was that the pillows were bit lumpy(old) and the towels also seemed a bit worn. There was also no fitted sheet on the bed. Other than this the experience was pleasant.

Gardens and water features around are second to none. 8.7 Since discovering Misty Hills Hotel over a year ago, I have not stayed in any other hotel in Johannesburg. This is the best hotel for me. Rates are very good, breakfast great, and as for the gardens, Wow! For me they are very therapeutic.

Recently revamped with stunning roofed-in area accommodating up to 200 people, and offering a uniquely African ambiance for relaxed informal buffets and braais, or more formal functions, around a central fire.

Carnivore
Celebrate with "Africa’s Greatest Eating Experience". A selection of succulent, charcoal grilled game and domestic meats, skewered onto Masaai swords and cooked to perfection over an open fire. Eat as much as you like. We only stop when you put down your flag in surrender. The Carnivore seats up to 500 guests. Different sections of the restaurant can be blocked off for private functions. The Carnivore is fully licensed and open seven days a week for lunch and supper. Vegetarian dishes and a la carte menu are also available.

From OR Tambo International Airport: Take the Gillooly’s intersection N1 highway to Sandton/Roodepoort. Take the N1 highway to Roodepoort, take the Beyers Naude off-ramp and turn towards Honeydew, the road becomes one lane in each direction, continue past Garden World after Garden World and Oakfield Farm, the road becomes two lanes again. Turn at the first road left into Drift Boulevard/Muldersdrift R114 the hotel is about 800 meters on the right hand side.
