Friendly & helpful staff with good food Signage could be clearer to find the new pool A good hotel which represents excellent value for money, hotel has good amenities and food with Carnivore being a real African experience. Although not quite being in Joburg it's worth the 1 hour taxi ride to get there and experience the friendly staff, various amenities plus enjoy local tours to world heritage site and animal parks which are all nearby.
Restaurant Tip : Carnivore is a must for all staying at the hotel, good food and excellent value!

We were only there briefly so no time to explore, but no doubt a big area to do so in! Very glad to have booked on Agoda as hotel rate much higher (almost double) and not worth that. Rooms are private and in garden setting. Worth asking for a porter as some rooms quite a hike! I got the feeling that the venue is mainly set up for conferences, but overall pleasant and I'd stay there again if I needed to be in the area.
Restaurant Tip : Didn't visit this time, but attached restaurant Carnivore has quite a reputation.

Good location , great landscape and much great dining at carnivore I stay at Mistyhill only one night after a week at sun city . It's worth to be here because you have a nice room and everything is complete such as large restroom , lovely toileteries . The carnivore restaurant is great experience for dining and all the staffs are very warm welcome and professional . The breakfast also excellent . I will recommend my friends for having vacation here
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Lion worlds is nearby and it is also a great experience advenger
