Excellent service and large rooms

we had a bit of a mixup while checking in but the hotel staff was amazingly helpful and sorted it out for us. the rooms are huge and ours overlooked the pool. the bathroom isn't the most private but the beds were comfy. the grounds are beautiful with a nice driving range to wind down with. the outdoor bar and seating area was great with friendly staff (prince was very entertaining!) - the food in the restaurant was great too. the gym wasn't that good- old equipment and musty and hot inside but with the golf and the pool it wasn't really needed. overall - a great spot to stay in jo'burg - very safe area and a good spot to relax before the big drive to kruger.
