Families with older children South Africa, December 23, 2012	Very convenient, great staff, maintenance issues Space, fitting out of rooms, pool 7.7 Stayed here before, so we like the space and facilities of this Hotel. Unfortunately our room had a few maintenance issues like a smelling shower drain, loose kitchen door, and balcony doors that didn't lock. To their credit, the staff sorted out those they could and were really helpful. The shower drain remained a problem though. But these rooms are still among the most spacious anywhere, with all the features and facilities for self catering, washing etc, and we would probably stay here again. Hotel Feature Tip: Heated pool is great for lounging around while waiting for a flight. The gym is also well appointed.
