Douglas W. Couples South Africa, August 27, 2012	disgustingly dirty with no level of service absolutly nothing 4 i booked this guest house - i prefer staying in guest houses as i own one myself. as this was a website booking it was pre-paid. from the moment we entered reception you could tell that there was no level of service. once booked into our room which was of good size, we found that the mini-bar was filled with pieces of tomato and sliced bread in plastic bags the pillow still had the imprint of the previous guest and was rather filthy. on opening the covers we found the sheets had not been changed and were dark with filth on the inside. there was an inter leading door between our room and the only other room that was booked - however there was no way to lock or secure the door front both sides. this is not secure at all.the gardens were large but neglected and the pool covered. we decided to rather book out and spend more money on another guest house. when we informed the manager he just shrugged his shoulders and opened the gate. never ever again
