The Restaurant served good food.
The booked airport pick-up did not show up
The aircondition did not work.It shut off totally numerous times.
4% extra was added on the bill if payment was made using a Visa or Master card.
The hotel was situated 10km from the city center.
The hotel staff showed a total lack of enthusiasm to help.(Except for the people in the restaurant who were helpful).
I arrived at the hotel in the evening after that I had travelled for more than 30 hours. Had a decent dinner at the restaurant and had to sit outdoors as there was too much smoke indoors from the BBQ placed indoors. Went to bed exhausted and woke up after about one hour in a pool of sweat as the A/C had shut down. N.B. There was no powercut! Phoned the reception who informed me that I had to reset the thermostat in order to restart the A/C. The thermostat was placed on the wall, six meters away from the bed. After resetting the thermostat five times the first night, I gave up and tried to sleep in the very hot room. Next day I informed the reception and they promised to repair the A/C. The next night the A/C gave up even more often than the first night!! After serious complaining I was given a new room at midnight. This room was, believe it or not, even worse. At 2AM I was given yet another new room. This room was OK but there was not much more sleep left that night.Third and last night I was supposed to receive a wake up call at 4AM. They called at 04.50AM, claiming that the phone did not work. Then I was given the final insult when an additional 4% was added to the bill for "administrative charges" since I was paying with my Mastercard, not cash. I guess this was the last this hotel saw of me, forever.
Shopping Tip : There is a shopping mall attached to the hotel with ATM's, supermarket (cold beer!) and a fast food restaurant.

Though I would recommend this hotel because the restaurant is good, the staff very friendly (though not very responsive and well trained), the view is great and the decor nice, I would not rate it as more than a 3 star hotel. The housekeeping department needs quite a bit of improvement.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Near a taxi stand so easy to move about.
