the hotel was ok, however it would have been good to know upfront that there was no restaurant in the hotel and that no alcohol was allowed on the premesis. we went for business and found it quite difficult to get to and from the hotel. there was also no convenient meeting place. the hotel was clean though and the staff were friendly.

very nice
pool and very friendly staff
7.3
We were only there for one night but had a great time. The only down side is that it is very far from everything and you need to take a shuttle to the beach.

Poor facility. no beach in front of its villa
2.3
I booked this hotel in january because of its price, 50% discount of premium villa. But my family and I were very upset when we saw the room. Sheets were stained with blood and dirt and the bathroom was terrible. The toilet and washbasin were clogged and the floor of the shower was clogged, too. The facility of the bathroom was so bad. The room also was humble. We could not believe this hotel was four-star. We thought we were decieved. At night, my son screamed due to heat wave. We all suffered from extremely hot weather in the room and could not sleep even though the outside air was cool at night. One of the staff said to me that upstairs rooms were renovated but ground floor rooms were not and we stayed on the ground floor. This hotel ruined our holiday and I never want to go to Zanzibar.
