Friendly staff from desk to bar, always ready to listen and reply. worn rooms, difficulty to get 2 sets of towels for our 2 person room. Phone in sitting area was bare wire and not able to connect. Missing light bulb never replaced in bed lamps.
Good location near modern shopping center with food courts and supermarket, drug store. 8+ blocks to city main street and medina, old town and bazzar. Many internet sites within 2 blocks and wi fi at hotel but no computer terminals.
Breakfast is well done and extensive choice of eggs, cereal, meats, cheese, etc.
Helpful to arrange car tour of Dougga, for 150 dinars for car and driver for most of the day. Not able to get phone to work for outgoing collect calls to USA and no luck at phone center across street.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hotel is only 7 dinar taxi ride from airport, don't accept private car ride which charged 20 dinar.

hotel say is has internet access but in reality it has a wifi connection that never works inside the rooms and rarely works in the lobby. the hotels is giving itself a 4 stars rating, but in reality it is very far from a 3 stars hotel. The rooms are in below average conditions. the furniture in the rooms is old and cold. the bed sheets and and towels are old and over used. the rooms you reserve through this site are very small ones and if you ask to get larger rooms they will ask to pay more for them.

wifi restaurant floor (1F) that can use only. So WEP key, please ask at reception. The less the user is reasonably fast. Also fairly large room, clean beds.
