This is a comfortable hotel with a casual atmosphere with no stuffy dress codes etc as with the sister property at the Royal Livingston. The restaurant and bar facilities are more than adequate and the quality at the time we stayed was good. the USD prices of drinks in particular are somewhat over the top compared with prices at other establishments. Overall we would recomend this property for those looking for a sight within easy walking distance to the falls and with a somewhat casual ambience.

Typical charter hotel. Lot of retired peole who should do eveything in a group. Breakfast blah!
For the one looking for something special sould make the Royal Livingstone - a beatiful setting and you can easily take the free shuttle to Zambesi Sun for a comfortable look at the Falls. Staff not always very service minded...

Excellent staff and service, reasonable prices, beautiful setting.
Our stay at the Zambezi Sun could not have been more perfect. We found the staff to be accommodating in every regard, the rooms to be charming and spotless, the activity selection excellent in selection and prices, the food delicious and beautifully presented, and the setting gorgeous beyond belief. We will visit the Zambezi Sun again and again.
