it depends what you think is important

location, accessibility, cost

I am a single business and tourist traveller and I was 5 days in Manila. I have stayed here before. The location is brilliant. It is across the road from the arguably best location for upscale restaurants, vast choice, some good end nighlife, shopping and taxis whilst being very close to one of the main 2 business districts. The hotel is good but basic. Every room has a window. The beds are OK, the rooms are a bit small and decor dated, but the aircon reasonably works and so do the showers. There is a desk. The hotel is quiet. The wifi is not bad but variable. There is a reasonable international cafe on the ground floor but a very quick walk to Starbucks and myriads of restaurants so you dont need to eat there. The costs are very reasonable for what you get ...... But if you want prestige, status, facilities, room service, loads of space and high end decor and smart uniforms, polished service you wont like this one.

Very friendly service

Clean, friendly staff, good location.

The location is 1 block from Greenbelt entrance. I felt very safe. Breakfast was really good at the downstairs cafe. I ate there every morning. Greenbelt is a gigantic Mall and they had lots of restaurants for lunch and dinner. Greenbelt has more up scale shopping. To go to more native shopping, we also went to Green Hills. It has more inexpensive items and you learn to bargain with people. It was a short can ride away if you are not in commute traffic. Traffic is really bad in the Philippines.

Convenient location but don't expect any more

Location was the best thing. It is located in the Central Business District.

I stayed for only one night. It was fine since I did not really spend a lot of time in the hotel room. The place could use a little more maintenance though.

Comfortable and convenient

Good location in Makati next to Green Belt Mall. Comfortable rooms. Reception a bit chaotic. Pleasant staff.

Right across from Greenbelt malls

Value for money, location, free internet

I attended a conference at AIM so the location could not have been more convenient. It's right across from the Greenbelt Malls with lots of eating & shopping options and the Landmark, a cheaper mall with a well-stocked supermarket and food court, is also connected. The only thing was my room was right next to the house phone which starts ringing first thing in the morning. Ask for a room away from the elevator & it should be quieter. But I would stay here again.
