Good location

Location, staff, clean room
Nice hotel. The subway station is just across the street. Limousine airport bus is in front of the hotel. Staffs are very helpful. There is 7 eleven store in the ground and many Japanese restaurant on the street behind the bic camera. Some tours have the pick up service st the hotel. We absolutely will be here if come back to Tokyo.

Comfortable and clean hotel

Room was clean and comfortable. Not overly small like many Japanese hotels are. The staff was very helpful. Great wi-fi as well. It was a value compared to other hotels we have stayed in in Japan.
Excellent with no hassles. Room was spacious and staff was excellent.

Nice service

Good location, Nice Staff, Good Service
It's nice hotel to stay. Nice service, ex. to help make reservation for taxi, nice staff to help deliver our luggage, nice location for subways to travel to everywhere in Tokyo and have meal. Only one thing we hope it can provide in the future is that laundry machine in hotel to wash clothes for long stay travelers.

Use your money elsewhere

Pillow. Air purifier. Location.
During booking, I selected a non smoking room. Upon checking in, staff DID NOT acknowledge that I selected a non smoking room. When I went to the room, it reeks of smoke. Alley ways of the hotel rooms are also heavy of the smoke smell. Wallpaper in rooms are falling out. Quilt sheets never gets changed with a water stain when I asked for the room to be maked up daily. Paid an above average amount for a moderate single room. Room is small but size is not the problem. Clearly, other Hotels with rooms double its size can clean better.

Two most popular metro line just cross the street. Guestroom was clean and tidy. Guess would feel much more welcomed if we speak Japanese!
