Nice
Pleasant staff, period building, space-age shower
The location is great, right by Termini station. Marco was very helpful and friendly, and gave us lots of information about the sights, including when the Colosseum had free entry. The hotel is actually several converted flats, so each group of rooms has a communal area with a fridge and lounge. The staircase and shared parts are not really maintained, but inside the rooms everything is very clean and neat. Wifi signal for us was good and the shower was hot (we were in the top floor). The room we had was quite large and comfortable. They have a left luggage service. The only strange thing was the towel rail in the room, which was screwed into the wall about seven feet up, meaning my wife had to jump to get a towel. All in all a great find, we would definitely stay there again.

Unexpected but great
Location, clean, friendly staff
Was staying here for 3 nights with a friend and we both quite enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and spacious compared to some of the places we stayed at on our travels, comfy beds, very helpful staff, I'd say value for money. One thing I will comment on, the place is hard to find, there's no sign making it obvious. All I can say is that it is next door to a restaurant called "La Matriciana" there's a massive wooden door with a buzzer. La Matriciana is a nice restaurant as well, ate there twice.

Good hotel in Rome
Cleanliness, Location and space in room
We had a really good time at this hotel It was close to many things we wanted to view so we did a lot of walking The only downside if you could call it that was that it seemed like a prison in the fact there wasn't really a lobby but a door which was quite hard to find which needed a card to get in and you need to wait for someone to answer the door when you first arrive but lovely inside and very helpful staff

Centrally location, 15 minutes to termini station
Location, location and location
It was ok but the room decoration is age, centrally located, easy to move arround, a lot of F&B just arround the corner. Carrefour express is just a few steps away. Termini station is just15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Walk to bus, train and some attractions.
Location, the room, service.
The room was very comfortable although the fridge does not get cold. If high speed internet is important, then this might not be the place for you. We had to check out early for a tour and received great assistance from staff on leaving our bags and dropping our key. Even though it was really hot, we managed to walk to most attractions or take the Metro, which has a station 5 minutes away. It's close to the hop on hop off city bus tour. There is no breakfast, although you get a voucher for free pizza. There is tea and coffee available on each floor.

Good location, near the train station.
Good location, near to termini train station and good shower.
Good location but hard to find at first as you may miss the entrance as it blends into the building. First room we were given could not lock properly and could open if you push the door hard enough. They reluctantly changed the room for us after a while but the 2nd room was much better and safer. Nice old lift in the building as well.

Hotel with hidden charm
Well decorated, good in-room facility and attentive staff
Stayed 4 nights in this hotel. On the outside, the hotel does not look promising. In fact, we walked passed without realising it. The hotel staff called us to inquire our whereabout (which is very sweet of him). Upon seeing the hotel (on the outside), I was kinda disappointed and thought, goosh did I picked the wrong hotel???. Once inside, realised that it has this little charm... the hotel staff was very attentive and gave us a map and go through with us the metro locations and restaurants around the area. When he brought us to our room, I am blown away. The internal decor of the place is fabulous. Big lcd, jet-type shower room, and a little corner outside our room to make coffee and stuff... My wife love this hotel very much.
