Horrible Service
Location, breakfast, wifi
Service was bad since check in. The staff manning the reception was mostly rude. Not even a smile in sight. The Assistant FO Manager was the worst. The worst part? Everynight after my wife and I came back from partying, the bell boy or the receptionist would chase after us as we were entering the hotel, demanding for ID. I understand why they are doing that BUT the approach could be better! Ask us for our room number instead. NOT running after us shouting ID!ID!ID! This will be the first and the last time at this hotel.

we were put in a room next to elevator which was a little noisy all night, the people congregating waiting at the elevator were noisy the room doors do not stop any sound food was just OK for budget hotel, if it wasn't for the noise I would rate it higher

Not recommended, chose other hotel.
My girlfriend was sick when we arrived. We had a room around 12am which was nice. The superior double appears much nicer in the photos than in real life. It was on the 3th floor but felt like a basement. I phoned to ask how much an upgrade would be to a Deluxe Double would be. I was told there was none available and an executive was 35$ more a night. Online it was possible to get a deluxe double for the 2 nights. it was 10 dollars more and the executive was 20$ more. I went to the reception. They told me the same. I asked why I could book it online and the receptionist then looked again and now was able to give me a Deluxe room although she would recommend an executive room that was 35$ more per night. She could give it to me for 30$ a night. I asked why it was only 20$ more online - No answer but we agreed to 25$ more per night. I wonder why they would not tell me about the deluxe room and why I had to negotiate prices also when my girlfriend was sick. I would have taken so little to give us a good experience. There are so many hotels in this area I would think you could get a better easily.
