Basic 3* hotel well located close to the beach and facilities in Candolim. Large room, The AC worked and there was hot water edible if unexciting breakfast. What more do you expect for the price

far below my expectations

location, helpful staff , the suite room was much more comfortable than the other room we booked
far below expectations.. the complimentary breakfast was nothing to look forward to. towels are just not white..ended up buying my own. suite room had a good balcony and ventilation and light. but the rooms on the ground floor near the pool area are so badly ventilated and lack privacy. chlorine levels in the pool seemed very high. thea beach seemed closer when described on the website!!! all in all not enjoyable.

not pleasant

centrally located, plenty of restaurants nearby, good staff
very run down hotel. the room we got was musty with no daylight, no hot water in the bathroom, brownish white towels, no shower curtain with cockroaches around. had breakfast only and was poor in both taste and cooking.

Could be better- for the money paid

Location, Proximity to beach, comfortable bed
Check-in was a breeze, but the hotel staff was poorly prepared for our arrival though we had informed them an hour and a half before getting there. The staff had not cleaned our rooms (bathrooms especially). We found paper napkins floating in one!!! and were quite disgusted. We wouldn't have minded waiting until they prepared our rooms and then checked us in. The bathroom is spacious, but the shower area is so to one of the corners, worse when water seemed to clog! we were there just for a day and shifted to a villa the next day. However, the breakfast had a good spread and the hotel staff wasn't too interfering. They were quick in service after we complained, but one particular staff seemed eager to charge us for the mini-bar items we had not used. They were claiming the water bottles bought by us to be their own!!! That was quite hilarious and finally we had to go do the counting-the-math with them and check-out! Could have received much better value for money. But the hotel overall is okay for a 2 day stay.

Nice location and swimingpool

Great location and especially nice pool. The breakfast was ok but do not order food her for lunch or dinner since they are expensive and the portions are REALLY small, not even a child would get full! The rooms are nice but please avoid room 108 and 109 since they have a ugly view from the balcony.
