Really good!
It's hidden in a small street, but it's great cause you don't hear anything! The room is clean, big and it had great views of the city. The guesthouse is really near the National Palace and has several restaurants closeby. You can also take a $2 tuktuk ride to the riverfront area!

Great place to stay
Great place to stay, close to the river promenade, Royal Palace and Wat Phnom. Very clean, great supportive staff, nice rooms, big balcony and little garden to chill out. And all that for a great price. I would definitely stay there again!

Good for couples
Beautiful hotel that is full of Cambodian antiques and decorations. Staff was nice and helpful. I prefer a location that is nearer to the riverside and to a larger variety of restaurants and cafes. Hotel lobby and other areas are constantly being cleaned. The only thing I found not so clean was the blanket in the standard room, where I stayed for the first hour or so.

Good for a couple of days
This place was good for a short break in the city. Location was good. I had a high floor room which was very dark and up steep stairs. Breakfast was ok but not great. Mixed views on staff. Sometimes very blunt but mostly helpful.

Clean, large room, good service
Staff support, clean, large room
The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good--as was food the hotel served throughout the day. Staff was nice and very helpful. They carried my baggage up two flights of stairs--I've never had this kind of service in Thailand where one is stranded with his luggage.

Small room
Breakfast, Personal, location (except alley)
We stayed at the 3 rd floor room. Although our first impression was good (nice hall and garden, eventhough it is in an alley), our room was very small, very dimlighted, and the stairs to reach it were very steep and unmanageable with bags. However, the breakfast was impressive and the staff were attentive.
