If you like ovens with bad Air conditioning, stay

I could not sleep in this hotel because it was oppressively hot in the room and the air conditioning didn't work. They offered another room, but they were hot too. It was cooler outside in the morning than my room. Would not stay here for any price. Not worth not being able to sleep for two nights! The next hotel I stayed in was comfortable and I slept for 14 hours because I couldn't sleep at All Seasons. No shampoo or bar soap in shower.

Value for Money

Clean, Value for Money,
I booked this hotel for my colleague, he visited Bali after a long assignment in eastern part of Indonesia. At first he was impressed with the hotel, it is clean, fancy, inviting pool, and helpful staff. He was then escorted to a room in 2nd floor. The room itself is very nice, compare to what he has to pay, BUT with windows and balcony directly facing a wall!! The next day he asked for a change or upgrade, and willing to pay more if needed. But the receptionist rudely said it was his fault, and my colleague is supposed to ask for room with window/balcony not facing the wall. Whatttt?!! I checked in Agoda and the are only two kinds of room: pool view and garden view. There is no wall view option. So I think ACCOR should train their receptionist, and put all important informations accurately in agoda.

great customer service

Great staff. Value for money & comfortable beds.
We have been to Bali many times and enjoyed our stay at the All Seasons. The staff were very friendly, location was good & the beds very comfortable & spacious rooms. Only minor issues where in room coffee & tea not refilled daily & very weak hair dryer. Over all stay pleasant & good value for money.

A pool of comfort amidst the chaos of Legian

Room size, friendly and helpful staff and the location
We arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon, greeted with a welcome drink of lime cordial and refreshing hand towels. Check in was smooth and I was immediately informed that we were upgraded free-of-charge to the family room -- a lovely surprise, to be sure! The room, however, was not ready, but we were given a dining voucher of Rp100,000 that we could use at the restaurant while we waited. The room, when we finally got in, was superb. Very big and comfy. Our bum-shuffling baby was able to explore safely. We had a second-floor room, with a balcony that overlooked the flowering frangipani trees around the pool. In the morning we could see birds hopping around merrily from one tree to another, sometimes even perching on the balcony railing. It was almost idyllic -- well, almost, as this was Legian, not Ubud, but really you were able to forget that just five minutes away was the chaos that was the streets of Legian. The beach was nice, safe and clean, and just less than ten minutes away from the hotel. We're happy to have stayed there, and will certainly return!
