Nice and comfortable but without wireless

Great breakfast, just round the corner from X95 airport bus stop, a short walk from Zeus temple and also the plaka

All was up to standard excep there was no free wireless. But I could make use of the computer in the lobby for urgent matter so it was okay. Breakfast was grand!

Great value for money

Central location, friendly, helpful staff, good amenities

This hotel provides very good value for money in a prime location in Athens. The rooms, staff & facilites were all fine and it is only a short distance to the Athens Metro & trams. The hotel doesnot have much atmosphere with regards design but if the purpose of your stay is to see Athens you can't go wrong.

the location was good but staff unfriendly

the breakfast buffet was good, the location was good and the hotel was clean

we arrived at the hotel very tired and a little early , had to request reception not to shout at me when i enquired what time our room would be available, the romm was a twin not a double, reception just said it was their option on which we got, not theirs, fortunately the chambermaid was very understanding and changed the configuration to double after a few call to reception, message is put request on booking under special requests if you want a double

Convenient nice stay in city center

Location was excellent as just opposite the metro an easy to find. It is minutes away from the Plaka and close to Acropolis. It was not in a crowded area so was pleasant with a park opposite.

The stay was nice. Only bad thing was no free wifi and only 1 free computer to use . The staff was polite and helpful though not very much smiling.

Probably the best or the worst location

Well...it's Athens and this hotel sits right in front of the Parliament! If there's no protest then you're off the hook and you'll be staying in the most convenient location in Athens. But. If there's a protest? Now you're screwed! With all the noise, the car horn honking, the protesters shouting you name it it's there! The good news is hotel is right there next to Syntagma Metro Station and just 10 minutes walk to Acropolis and Plaka, 20 minute walk to Monastriaki if you don't feel like walking. Walk up Versailles Sofias and you're in Kolonaki where plenty of shops, cafe and restaurant and museums are.

Great Location

Great location, breakfast spread and friendly staff
8.7
Good location for walking tours to most attraction. The roof of the hotel have great 360 view of the surrounding attraction for day and night view. Great for shopping location as well. For food and flea market it is within walking distance to Plaka (old town) feel and food and drinks.

Great location if no protests!

Location, breakfast
8.3
the hotel location was fantastic, within walking distance of pretty much every sight one would want to see in athens. the buffet breakfast spread was great, but for its quantity, rather than variety. same fare every day, but you can eat your fill and not need to worry about hunger when walking to visit the sites. service was good, though no free wifi (even in lobby) and one free computer terminal made for some waits to check email. also, if there are planned protests in athens, look elsewhere. hotel is right near syntagma square, where all the protests take place. we had to stay in our hotel during our final day, as protests, riot police and tear gas were all present directly outside the hotel. in times of peace, no place better!
Restaurant Tip: if you're staying on a budget, the souvlaki bar near the agora is the best spot in town for a cheap, filling meal that you can eat on-site or pack up for later! we went there at least a half a dozen times during our stay. also, for shopping, if you shop closer to closing time, prices become negotiable. during the day it's pretty much set-price, but the streetside shops will discount late in the day.

Great location, clean room

Location is the best about this hotel
8.7
I feel location is one of the best about this hotel. The bus stop to airport or major route is just 2 minutes walk around the corner and Sight-seeing city tour bus is just across the street. The hotel is also very near to some of the attractions, restaurant and shopping areas. Size of the room is ok and is clean.
