Room is ok. But toilet is run down.
Room size is the best part of the hotel. I hv 2 big kids n the both hv room to move about.
Over all was good except for the run down toilet that we have. Would go there again but this time will ask for a room with better toilet.

Comfortable Place
We only stayed for a few hours. Very late check-in at 3.00 am and checked out at 11.00 am but the place is very comfortable. We had a good sleep

Great place to stay with family; a little inaccessible to city if you dont drive
Place was great, service was fast and prompt. Room was huge and clean. Standard breakfast, try to avoid peak period and there may be a need to wait for table and replenishment will take some time, but I can see the staffs are working very hard; just cant keep up with the demand of the guests. best feature was using the room keycard to exit the carpark. having said that, if you don't drive in KL, this hotel is pretty inaccessible and out of the way. will stay here with my family.

Privacy: peaceful: spacious
Staff were friendly.. Service floor personnel very attentive to our need even during late hr at nite. But pls make sure all essential need in room are set & Gd condition before guest chk in. Not after. Eg. Hair dryer not workin, floor lamp not functional.
