Not worth the money
A terrible experience at the hotel. I was put into a smoking room when I asked for non smoking. They had no other rooms available and when I told I can't stay in that room, the desk staff didn't look at me and didn't do anything. He only say that no room is available and continued to look at the screen. Finally when I asked a tall male friend down to help me, he started to do something. And when I said, can he change me to another room, more expensive etc. He finally changed me to another smoking room and said I can use the odour removing spray. The 2nd room was better. And they changed the room the next day. The room and toilet is small. I was especially surprised that the desk staff wasn't helpful at all with suggestions or trying to find a way to solve my problem.

A very good location near Hakato station
Clean and tidy hotel. Very convenient location which close to Hakato station which can access most of places. Just tiny little thing is that room type needs to specify when booking. No separate room type reservation but to mark in " remarks"

An overpriced motel
1) Due to a change in my trip, I booked my room at this hotel on two separate occassions. In order to avoid moving rooms over those two nights, I took the proactive step in contacting their staff about it. And thanksfully they managed to keep me in the same room for those two nights I stayed. However, my room card key did NOT work in the afternoon on my second day of stay! So my wife and I had to come back down to the lobby to have this situation resolve. Keep in mind it was raining pretty heavily in the afternoon of 3rd April, 2016 and we were carrying a few bags after our little shopping trip. It was really not a nice experience. 2) Hot water temperature in the shower don't seem to stay stable at all. Once in a while the temperature changes, and the water temperature went up and down. I paid nearly USD200 a night (via agonda.com) for my stay this time, and unlike staying at motels, unstable shower temperature was the last thing I expected. 3) Prior to my stay at this hotel, I also spent two nights at Hotel Hokke Club Fukuoka just next door to it. My room there was slightly bigger than theirs, their beds were also firmer; yet for those two nights of stay, I paid less than the price of one night at ANA! Given my experience mentioned in #1 & 2 above, my stay was not exactly satisfying.
