Be careful when you are at this hotel

Breakfast was very nice. They had big selection of food. Great coffee amd.great dragon fruit. We had.dinnér at the hotel and we watched for free. We paid $60 for.dinner for four people.
When I first.came in the hotel, they wanted to.charge $35.more.per night I thought that was.too much. Extra $35 per.night for an extra.bed. they wanted me to pay $105 more.for.three nights. I was not happy about it, I called agoda and.agoda resolved.the issue. I was happy with the customer service from agoda representative. I found the staff at.angkor.century resort and spa very nice, polite and helpful. I found the management very strict and.rigid, my daughter broke a glass.cup.and they charged us $5. When I asked for.hotel transfer to airport, they insisted.that I rent a van and.I need to pay more money because I have four people, myself, two.teenagers and a nine years old child. They did not allow us to rent a four seat car. I used an outside service to.airport. Their pool.was not.working. this information was not on when i booked and.they sent us to.a nearby the pool. Overall the experience was not.too bad until I got my wallet stolen in front of their hotel. To be fair to them, my wallet.was.missing and I did not.know if I dropped it in front.of their hotel or someone stole it.right in front of me. I put my wallet inside my cross shoulder back which I carried in front of me. I walked out.of the hotel, got in the van at the.hotel.parking lot, the travel agency, walked less than 10.steps to.the I was trying to get my.wallet out the, looked.downy bag, saw zipper.was opened and my wallet.was gone. The driver was.with me.all.the time so If I dropped off my wallet by accident or.someone.stole it, why both of us.did not see anything. If this happened to any of you, please let me know what happened. I still don't fully understand how my wallet got.stolen. I went hotel, hotel.staffs helped to look for my wallet.but it was nit in sight. They did not have video recoding in front of their hotel! Wallet got stolen in siemreap.

Staff were good, Cleanliness was good, room size good.
The hotel food was below standard for a 4 star resort. The pool area was good to hang around after those long hot days touring the temples. Next time would probably stay closer to the center of town as we ended up going there for meals. If they fix the food it would be a great place to stay. All rooms had free wifi but not the quickest.

Great but

Pool room cleanliness
Very good but I did not fill in my flight numbers upon booking and they charged me for the airport transfer. This was 50% more expensive than the official taxi from the Airport into town.
