Good location, different riads
Overall good. Nice location, nice riads so long as you are into experiencing the local lifestyle. Staff very pleasant. Drawback... Streets around the place was being repaired. Taxis and cars refuse to go around the longer way to reach hotel. Both coming from and going back to airport, had to walk long stretch of dirt road under construction dragging suitcases. Spent more time walking than actually being in the taxi/car.

Not bad
Traditional feeling, nice furniture, located in old town
Not bad. A bit difficult to find the hotel. Close to sightseeing in town.

Ryad with service of a hotel
Friendly Staff
This ryad is ordinal when it comes with the room decoration, interior and the pricing but the room is equipped with facility such as hair dryer, bathrobes, mini-bar etc. which makes you feel like you are in a hotel. That's said with the friendly well educated staff. Perhaps because it might not be the safest area, you can find one of their staff with the hotel uniform at the nearest parking lot to help guests. He will walk you to the Ryad. It's only a 2 min. walk but you would feel much secured by their companion.

Nice people but small rooms
Friendly staff, somewhat charming
The welcome note was not even for us. Their alternatives was not read until the following day which meant loosing half day of our short vacation and it would have been in a different resort further from center. Staff were kind and friendly. Manager ended up giving a half price spa treatment for three of us so we booked hammam and massage with him. When we were ready for treatment, they told us that we need to do it at their other resort because their hammam hasn't been working and is cold but no one told us in advance about this. This was supposedly a five star hotel with ripped curtains and cushions, more like 3 stars to me!!! Lousy price to value ratio

very nice riad with friendly staff
nice location in the middle of the medina
we stayed at the main riad. be aware that other riads are far darker and in our view less hospitable. the room was very nice however small (not abnormal in an old riad). staff were very friendly but the service level is far below a 5 stars hotels (no room service after midnight, no coffee machine, no tv, no iron available). swimming pool is more a cold jacuzzi. the spa is really magnificent. the medina is dangerous: we were robbed.

A little oasis of calm
Quiet,clean, great staff
No real weaknesses
Our Riad was off the Rue De La Bahia in a quiet backwater. The staff were very obliging and organised excursions or dining reservations with equal ease. Simple, clean, accomodation within a hairs breadth of the chaotic streets of the old town.
