an old hotel

the hotel staff is nice
This is a very very old hotel with minimum amenities, and I saw someone's review before on nice breakfast, but just bread and juice.

Out of towner

The care given to my needs, the hosts provide a safe environment, privacy
Having to be away from home is difficult in a strange city, I was ill while I was there and I still had to work, the hosts were caring and gave me a safe environment to stay in, I knew if I needed to get a doctor they would have obliged. Next year I will be back as it is not entertainment but a safe place to stay while I am away from home...

Excellent venue, friendly staff

I liked the convenience of booking; the welcoming staff; the location
We stayed at the B&B to watch the State of Origin and save us driving back home for the night in case we partied after thrashing the Blues. The only concern we had was the lack of sound proofing as we were at the front room next to a main road. Overall the experience was great and the staff are integral in making you welcome however the traffic from people and the vehicles meant a restless sleep being in the front room, chuck some double glazing on teh windows and it may be perfect.

Third stay but disappointed this time

Location Location Location
We have stayed here before. The reception is always friendly. We did not have breakfast this time but in the past it has been great. Annie's is quaint and the decor is dated but that is the look they like. I think it needs a makeover. Such a fantastic location but the rooms need some sparkle. Our bed was dreadful. Very uncomfortable we sunk into the middle.
