Bed Bugs & terrible service
24 hour room service, reliable wifi, really good tv channels
Usually bed bugs only come out when the lights are out, I actually saw and killed one in the late afternoon. I pulled out the mattress and found the infestation. When I went to tell the receptionist the man was rude, and then did not take it as a priority to move me rooms because I had to come back and remind him 20 minutes later. Which brings me to my next point. The reception at this was hotel was definitely the least friendly or helpful staff I've experienced in all of India. Then as I was checking out the man at the desk gave me a sob story about how he wants a raise and I should give him a good review with his name in it so his boss sees it. Hahaha the audacity. I would not recommend this place, unless you don't mind dirty rooms and bad service.

Agoda, again
The people know me here and make me welcome and are helpful
It was fine. The hotel has undergone some renovations and the rooms are clean and newly painted. The service is good, the room boys pleasant and the rooftop restaurant a good place to get away from the street. some rooms can be noisy but as soon as a better room comes available the staff will move you. I've stayed in much worse hotels in Delhi for the same money but none better for what I pay here.

there are much better places in the area
location is ok
not really recommendable, you pay too much for what you get, they even try to charge you for leaving your bags- though you come for and do another booking, rooms are very small - not so clean-

Good location, unpleasant 'vibe' on arrival.
Location, 24hr access...
The room was not what we had booked, we were then shifted into another room to accomodate some other travellers needs, and was then phoned at 4am to 're-book our stay'...I knew they had made a mistake by calling me but when I went to reception he denied having called me! We checked out the next morning promptly and relocated into another hotel, half the price and twicw the service!
