Comfy and cosy

The breakfast is out of this world! Lovely comfortable bed and great bathroom. Wonderful friendly people.
Extremely comfortable for my brief stay - I think I would definitely like to stay here again for comfort, location and the food! The breakfast was full of home - baked bread, freshly cooked muffins, homemade muesli etc etc...wonderful :-) had a great chat to the owner and overall really a friendly homely place to stay. Remember this is a guest house, so you will hear the comings and goings of the other guests, and there is a communal table where you all breakfast together, but I think this contributed to the warm atmosphere. Definitely recommended.

my best experience at a guesthouse

cleanliness, friendly staff, everything else
Really amazing, spent 3 nights and it was so pleasant and charming, the setting nested in a prime location. I am surely going back with my wife.

Truly exceptional!

Attentiveness of staff (superior to any I've experienced in Africa), extremely comfortable and aesthetic in its design, best breakfast in CapeTown
A wonderful experience! Joy and the staff run a very efficient and friendly guest house. It is a fresh and peaceful environment in which to relax, very clean, Swedish design with all the modern comforts and homely touches. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They made me feel right at home. The breakfast is gourmet, consisting of fresh fruits, muffins, breads, cheeses, cold meats and more - a good spread of SA's finest produce. There is fast and reliable wifi and it's in a great location within close walking distance to shops, cafés, V&A Waterfront and the stadium. I would certainly recommend this place to other Cape Town travellers and I hope to return for a longer stay in the future. Thank you Antrim Villa!

Worthy for staying, staff is nice

Clean, Staff are nice, Security is good
We walk-in there for staying one night. We searched via Agoda and picked this B&B because the price shown in agoda is good. When we arrived, we tried to asked for a similar price since we do not have sufficient data to make booking via agoda. However, the staff said it was impossible to do the discount as cheap as what we saw in Agoda. What a stubborn staff. Finally we used extra data to book thru Agoda. In relation to the enviorment, it was really nice. Silent, and comfortable. Although staff is stubborn, they are nice. They offered free welcome coffee and cookies when we check-in. And we used the kitchen to wash our own thing. P.S. they served free Breakfast Buffet and it was not bad as well.

Quiet, Lovely Surprise of a B&B

Location, Quiet, Food
Antrim Villa was a wonderful place to stay in Cape Town. Our booking was made by someone else so we had no idea what to expect. WHAT A SURPRISE! It has a very European feel, simple and sophisticated, wonderful friendly staff, comfortable rooms, off the main path so very quiet, excellent breakfast. I would highly recommend this B&B to everyone.

Location, breakfast, and staff
It was very good, the staff were so helpful arranging trips and transport. But also the housekeeping staff were lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.
