Pretty good overall but NO alcohol!

Loaction, Location, Location
Great Location. Your in the heart of it all. Beach, restaurants, shopping and other ammenties but obviously with that comes some noise from the bars with live music bands of which there are a few very close by. It wasnt that noise that bothered me because i chose to stay here for that reason. It was banging and construction next door (early morning) and the water pumps and aircons that i found very noisey from inside the room. The rooms were otherwise good, spacious and comfortable but i had two rooms during my stay and i was unable to drain the bath in both rooms. The push down plugs didnt work at all and i needed to call the reception to get the bath water drained. Another thing i didnt realise or read anywhere and has prompted me to review the hotel is that if your thinking of a cold beer or cocktail around the pool, think again. No alcohol at all.

Pleasent stay and enjoying

1. Good Service 2.Friendly staffs 3.clean and calm scenery
I'm so satisfied with the service of this hotel and we have a pleasent stay there. I've booked a deluxe room and since I bring my mother in law along, i required to pay for extra bed and the staff have upgrade my room to grand deluxe which is more comfirt and clean with big bed as well. the toilet is super clean and breakfast was quit delicious and i can eat everything with no doubt as it serves halal foods. It is situated near to the beach and its very convenient to find street food, massage, agent, laundry and tuktuk, however for muslim to find popular restaurant with halal food it is advisable to rent a bike or take tuk2 as it is a bit far but however that is no issue to me. The only bad side was when agoda has not updated my booking although they have charge my card.We have arrived to hotel at 8 p.m and during check in Hotel claimed that they havent received my booking and lucky i bring my printed receipt from agoda on comfirmation of booking and they accept with no further inquiries and let us check in with room upgrade, it was so kind of them.Imagine if they not let us to check in as i was there with husband and 2 daughters and mother as well. They said they will confirm my booking with agoda the next day.On the next day, hotel said agoda didnt have my booking and i felt so embarassed as they said they cant deduct from my card and when i check my account they have refund sales on the day i travel to krabi with NO NOTIFICATION!! I felt so Upset, Angry and I have to called agoda Malaysia once again and fire them. They confirm my booking but need to check with agoda thailand and Thank god the issue was solve. I'll Be more careful to book with agoda next time. After all, I enjoyed my stay there, my family have a great time and great massage as well, will definitely suggest others to stay here .

Ao nang princeville stay for two nights

Great location across from beach, access to front desk staff to arrange for taxis and other info, size of room
First night we had a room for three which was a king bed plus an extra bed brought in for the third person. The third bed cost us 25 dollars for the night and it was a thin mat and the frame it was on had two large metal bars. We ended up using the mattress from the couch in the room to help make it more of a real bed. The front desk staff was ok though there was one person that was helpful, but one who was problematic at check in and also in arranging for a taxi to the airport . Buffet breakfast contents were great.

Great Hotel and location

Nearby Aonang Beach, Easy for shopping, Good Location
The hotel was great. The location is just 100 meter from Aonang beach. Halal food is everywhere nearby hotel. The food served by hotel is good and halal. There are mosquitoes but if u close the doors properly, u will be good enough to stay away from them. The staff polite and responded fast to our demand like giving towels, changing cattle etc. Even though we are a bit dissapointed at first as the hotel forget to pick up us at the airport, but in the airport u could get cheaper airport transfer actually. Shoplots are everywhere nearby hotel. U do have to bargain to get cheaper prices. Ground package can be found nearby the hotel. There is a lot of packages u can choose.

My daughter & her husband stay at APRS (honeymoon) recently. Hotel house keeping did not clean the room for 4 days !!!!! They did put up a sign for 'please makeup the room' but nothing has been done.. Please motivate your house keeping staff.

I'd rather spend my holiday in Sunderland
I've stayed in well over 100 places in Thailand ranging from 100 bhat a night to 10,000 bhat a night. I can honestly say this hotel is the worst place I've ever had the misfortune of staying at. Luckily we were only there for 3 nights. We booked for 2 adults and 2 children, on arrival we were told that the room we had booked was a 4 person room but only has 1 double and 1 single, I explained that we had payed for 4 people and would require 4 beds. After an hour of being given the most backward maths lesson of all time by one of the rudest woman I've ever came across we opted to just make do. The room was dirty. Cockroaches everywhere. Shower didn't work. Pools dirty and its impossible to get a sun bed unless you get up at 5.30 am to get your towel on one. (I honestly can't believe people still play that game here) breakfast is awful. In check out they tried to over charges us on some drinks we had had on arrival.

Great pool with terrific loungechairs & daybeds around the pool. Location is perfect, right on the main st in Aonang across the road from the beach with nice restaurants right at your doorstep. On arrival we were given a welcome drink with a frangipani & leaf tied to the glass - nice touch! We booked 2 x deluxe rooms. Our room was a corner room which also had a mini lounge area with a day bed. Our teenagers had been given a regular room. Not sure if we were upgraded with our room. The aircon works really well and is very cold but rattles all night which is very loud. The bed was quite comfortable unlike other Asian hotel beds which tend to be on the harder side. Our room along with our teenagers room overlooked the pool. The buffet breakfast has quite a small selection. My husband and I are not big breakfast eaters so were satisfied with what was on offer. I booked myself in for a massage and was in my room when the telephone rang and it was the lady who runs the day spa. It was 2.55pm and my massage was booked for 3pm. I was just about to leave the room for my appointment. I answered the phone and was told my massage is at 3pm......."yes, I am on my way" to which the reply was a very stern "now"! I was quite shocked. Very disappointing massage, felt like a flea on my body. I was totally covered in oil and was not wiped down at the end of the massage. The noise at night from the bar next door is unbelievable loud, so much so we felt like we were in the bar. The music would start at 10pm and go until 3.30pm. Unbearable. On checkout my husband told the office staff this and the reply was "oooooh". I asked if the other wing of the hotel received any noise and the office staff replied yes. We really loved this hotel and enjoyed our stay but did not get much sleep, so I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of this. We stayed 2 nights but if we were to stay longer we would have had to check out due to lack of sleep!

Good location, with small annoyance for New Years

location, pool, and service
The stay was nice. The rooms were great. The price was expensive, but standard for high season in Krabi. The only issue I had was the requirement to purchase a New Years Gala dinner ticket if the room was purchased through Agoda. The cost was $100 (3,500 Baht) per ticket. The food was decent, but there were no drinks provided. My biggest critique was the requirement to purchase these tickets in addition to the room when using Agoda. There was no option to opt out of the dinner on the website. This is my first negative critique of agoda. Usually they're awesome, but this time I was not completely satisfied.
