Arafa Low value for money
Food was Excellent
Toilet paper was provided on request. Only one towel was given per room. Bed cover was stained. Bathroom shower curtain was one foot above the floor level, and it made the whole bathroom wet. No wipe or towel was there for drying out the foot before stepping out of bathroom. Not enough hangers in the wardrobe.

Perfect value for money
the hotel is very well mainten good and clean rooms staff was well respected .. It's good value for money
I think in ghandinagar area this is the best one hotel for stay ,, it's all about everything is good

Value for money hotel
Breakfast, helpfulness of staff and close to railway and bus station
My room was fine for one person, but would have been very cramped for two people. Quite a difficult hotel to find, as not on a main street. The breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful in giving me directions. Bangalore is very spread out, so need to use rickshaws from the hotrl to do any sightseeing.

Hotel not where is says it is, in grubby location
Near busses, ok place for the price
Had an ok stay here Hotel was hard to find as it is NOT at the address it is listed under on agoda or on it's cards (it's really on third cross road but lists itself as being on second main road, presumably to appear closer to the bus station). Arrived at midnight, hotel hadn't been sent the booking, and room was not prepared (sheets still dirty with stains and hair). The room key provided did not open the door, however allowed the power to work. Reported this three times over our stay and each time we're let back into our room with the master key and told that management would fix it soon. Despite this the hotel is close to the city and has nice hot showers - so we booked a second night through agoda. By check out the key issue wasn't sorted and the hotel still hadn't received the booking confirmation from agoda for the second night (hence tried to charge us directly for the second night). On hearing we were checking out at breakfast pushy staff kept barking "checkout! What time?" at us (we were "asked" at least 5 separate times in person and via the rooms phone, to which the answer was "after we finish breakfast and pack" (4 hours prior to designated checkout time).

Wont go there again!
Service recovery was good
Below the level of expectation for the money paid! The people dont keep rooms to standards. But recovery was done to keep us some how still it didnt matter cas first impression was bad!
