Very poor hotel

The only good thing is location
This is definately not a 3* hotel. We had Deluxe room which was awful- shabby, dirty and noisy as the hotel is just in front of monorail tracks. Wifi not working in the room. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Overated Gloomy hotel

Rooms small & very dark, not enough light. Guests need to bring own lighting or candles. Toilet using cheap doors, not fully enclosed and water runs into room area. TV has only pathetic 4 channels. Room is dirty and not vacuumed for a long time. Staff all foreigners which gives a hint that it is a hotel for immigrants or backpackers. Room cost should not exceed 15 USD. Anything more better to look somewhere else. They also ask for a 50 ringgit deposit for the keycard.

Makes an effort to be more than it is

shower, kettle, staff
The word boutique in the name rather raised my expectations for this hotel. Which is a shame because with high expectations it can only disappoint. It's a perfectly nice budget hotel with great showers, excellent service (the staff are very friendly) and a kettle in the room (always a bonus for us). But it's a budget hotel with a facelift. The well dressed rooms can't make up for the fact they're a little on the small side and the busy main road and noise from the train line can't be entirely drowned out even with earplugs. We found the immediate area had little to offer us in terms of eating and leisure so we always had to travel further out for food than we generally like. I'm sure if the hotel restaurant (currently under renovation I believe) had been in place we'd have been far happier. All in all it's a nice budget hotel which at least tries to be better (Lord knows enough places couldn't care less) just don't go in with your expectations raised too high.
