Disappointed stay
Staff not friendly. Given a room which is not clean upon arrival. No apology given. Second room smells... No hot water at night. Will not stay here again

Okay hotel for the price
Security, shower was great
My stay was okay. The hotel was relatively clean. The lobby is on fourth floor as connected to bank next door. Very frustrated waiting for lifts, seems to stop on some floors for very long time and sometimes passes your floor without stopping. Breakfast is okay but maybe should be changed a little more often. Staff seem to be helpful at most times. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner was noisy. Internet dropped out a few times and had to sit in lobby.

this hotel or condotel never upgrade since the days of somerset gateway. the room atmosphere, lobby and the ambience remain. with its strategic location, ariva ,the new management should infact renovate and replace the existing furnishing. the aircon is like sleeping in the engine room.

A real let- down
The actual place was a far cry from what was shown online. In fact, the place looked pretty rundown. I would definitely not recommend it to friends.

Not a bad hotel but a bit old. I had problems with my shower/hot water and it looks like the hotel is beginning to get past its time. The staff were fantastic, especially Gabby on the front desk.

Better look for another hotel.
Floor carpet is dirty. Room and arrival hall is smelly. Breakfast (variety and deliciousness) is minimum. I will not come back to this hotel in future.
