wedding location and holiday

location - pools - views
Enjoyed the ambiance. Layout of the hotel rooms and pools very nice, cosy. Gardens and seating areas nice. Staff friendly and the wedding event was great (organised by the wedding couple). The location was exciting and the standard of the hotel great for a Bali stay.

don't go

hot springs, hot springs, hot springs
it took us hours to get there, tired when we checked in and if it weren't so far away we would have left with our driver and car! sorry we made a two night reservation, stayed one night and left. the room was small, dirty and had to ask for towels, tp and soap. extremely noisy with roosters, the 3am trekkers, the trucks constantly back and forth on the road where this small hotel is, sorry for the owner....but location, location, location. the owner didn't offer us a refund. don't go to this area unless you like filth

small clean rooms

close to bukit bintang shopping center
check in was exactly at 2pm, but they let me leave my luggage before. They have a 100 ringit deposit. The immediate vicinity around the hotel is a bit crappy. There was also quite a bit of construction work on bukit bintang, which made it a bit hard. However, it is close to restaurants and shopping centers. There is no breakfast provided, but there are restaurants/bakeries nearby. Train station is nearby. Room is clean but very cramped. AC and tv worked fine.

Never again
we stayed there 3 nights (worse luck!). The room was not only dirty but also no towels, no toiletpaper, no soap. The bed-linen and pillow were dirty. The bathroom is beneath contempt. We know, that this is no 5 star hotel, but it is not necessary, that all is so dirty and in the three days of our stay never came someone for cleaning. Breakfast - forget it! The crew`s point of view is evidently that all guests making a trekking tour in the morning and so they have no work with making breakfast. The crew seemed very unmotivated.

hotel moyen

Donc Arlina, OUI!
