Setting Staff Ambience
4th time at Arma over 13 years and to see familiar wonderful staff in a beautifully maintained garden setting is pretty well our favourite Bali location.Nothing to improve for us.Hope it remains the same.

quiet, no technology beautiful grouds
We stayed for three days in Ubud. What a magical place. It is a place if you like to practice yoga and the shops and restaurants are amazing. Arma Museum Resort was perfect. the grounds are so tranquil and a great place to relax. There is no TV in the rooms so you are really forced to relax. The staff were friendly.

1 night in Arma

room a little bit of old, there is alaways a smell in the room, no TV
OK but not very worthy. And when I are about to leave, we asked the hotel staff to book a taxi for us. The hotel staff asked his friend to pickup us, and ask for USD 30. We found a taxi by ourself only cost half of the cost.

Skip the night at the nuseum

Grounds, museum
We booked a villa with agoda only to be told that the room type was not available and we would have to take a deluxe room for the same price. It sucked. Water all over floor from ac dripping in closet and onto whole floor of room. Dirty too. After complaining next day we were put in Villa as originally booked but that night in the deluxe room didn't make up for them honoring our reservation a day late. Breakfast was pretty sketch. People were ok but the guy we checked in really ruined the whole experience. His attitude was awful. The Thai restaurant is horrible. Very limited. Cafe Arma was a bit better. Overall this is a decent museum but a failed museum. I'd never go back.
