OK but not very worthy. And when I are about to leave, we asked the hotel staff to book a taxi for us. The hotel staff asked his friend to pickup us, and ask for USD 30. We found a taxi by ourself only cost half of the cost.

We booked a villa with agoda only to be told that the room type was not available and we would have to take a deluxe room for the same price. It sucked. Water all over floor from ac dripping in closet and onto whole floor of room. Dirty too. After complaining next day we were put in Villa as originally booked but that night in the deluxe room didn't make up for them honoring our reservation a day late. Breakfast was pretty sketch. People were ok but the guy we checked in really ruined the whole experience. His attitude was awful. The Thai restaurant is horrible. Very limited. Cafe Arma was a bit better. Overall this is a decent museum but a failed museum. I'd never go back.

Stunning!

The grounds, the gardens and the staff.

Three women in our thirties stayed at Arma for three nights. It is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Whilst the room was nice, the front porch, the grounds, gardens, rice paddies and historical buildings were absolutely gorgeous. A magical oasis in Ubud. The breakfast was nice but I have found more variety in other hotels, they do have Illy coffee though (additional cost). The staff really shine in this hotel. Very friendly and cannot do enough, just fabulous. When we came back from yoga (yoga barn is awesome) there was a bowl of fresh fruit awaiting on our front porch, overlooking a gorgeous bridge and lilly pond. If I am back in ubud I would book it again for a fabulous retreat. It is probably one of the more expensive hotels but worth the extra.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Totally immersed in the serenity of the hotel surrounding and enjoyed the rich balinese culture & art. Love their bathtub the most. Definately will come back again
