Great hotel, great location!

Friendly staff, Great location and comfortable stay
9.3
If you are in Penang for the first time, Armenian Street Heritage Hotel is the best choice. Situated in the middle of the heritage trail, you can find many famous and locally raved food! The hotel staff are extremely helpful when asking for directions! It is near KOMTAR which means that you can easily access to the other areas of Penang if you're looking to take a bus ride (you can ask the hotel for which busses to take to your destination). All in all, you won't have any regrets staying here, the hotel rooms are clean although the walls are pretty thin, making it not advisable for tourists that prefer a quiet respite.

Great place, we extended more nights

Comfort. Clean. Everything is good!
9.3
We love this place! Our first night was spent at armenian suites nearby and we didn't enjoy our stay there. Pop over here to try for a night and we were surprised! Room was new and clean. Air con was working really well for this hot weather and TV had many channels even national geographic channel. Hotel has a car park facilities. Location wise it's strategic at the corner of the Junction. They have a f&b place here and we tried the fried ice cream and gula meleka soya bean. Not too bad. We love this place and had a comfortable stay throughout.

The room itself is clean, however, the bathroom need to be cleaned properly. Stayed thrice and two times the bathroom had foul smell indication of the bathroom not being cleaned properly. Otherwise the room is okay.

Ok if you are not staying on 6th storey

Price, location, clean
7.3
We were staying on the 6th floor and we were unable to sleep as there is a very loud rooftop Ktv that went on till 3am. We managed to change rooms the next day to the 4th floor and it was ok. The rooms are comfortable enough. We didn't mind there wasn't any tea making set. There were cups and a water kettle which was sufficient for us. A fridge would be nice but we could just buy drinks from the 24 hours store at the 1st floor. Good location. Worth staying in if you are not too near the roof
